William Quisenberry

Born on August 29, 1944, in Orange, Texas, Pat was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 28, 2009.

He was a lifelong Brazoria County resident. He was a devoted employee of The Brazosport Facts for 43 years. Pat was a freemason of Velasco Lodge 757 for 14 years.

He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Georgia; daughters, Kimberly Wyatt and husband, Eric, and Tommie Mitchell and husband, Mason; sons, Billy Quisenberry and wife, Jakie, Bryan Dozier and wife, Olivia, and Justin and Phillip Dozier; brothers, Tom Quisenberry and wife, Sarah, and Mike Quisenberry and wife, Patti; and grandchildren, W.P. (Trey) Quisenberry III, Maegen Willis, Jeb Wyatt, Chet Wyatt, Alexa Bolton, Joshua Stanton, Derek Wyatt, Kali Traylor, Hardy Quisenberry, Jordan Dozier, McKayla Dozier, Coy Mitchell, Jaileigh Dozier and Mariah Dozier. He was their beloved “Pop Pop” and will be greatly missed by each one of them.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Olga Quisenberry; and brother, James Gordon Quisenberry.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 2, 2009, at Stroud Funeral Home with Pastor David Smith officiating.

Burial will follow at Restwood Memorial Park.

Visitation was from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, February 1, 2009, at Stroud Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Frank Ramirez Jr., James G. Quisenberry Jr., Jeff Quisenberry, Howard Cain, Miguel Amador, Larry McCoy, Jerry Pelham and Jesse Miller.
