Victor was married to Dave Baxley's cousin, Myra King.  Dave tells us that Victor"was really a neat kind of guy to know, and could be hilariously funny when occasion presented itself.  He LOVED to fish, and their son, Marlon, is a licensed captain and has his own guide business.  Victor passed away on August, 15, 2006.  They were living in Bellaire and were married for 40 years, with three children, Natalie, Greg, and Marlon."
